Veedersburg - Willard Frazee, 73, a retired timber dealer from near Veedersburg died Friday (Nov 24) at 7:30 a.m. in Methodist Hospital in Gary where he had gone to spend Thanksgiving with relatives. He was born May 31, 1888 near Kokomo. His parents were William and Martha Horn Frazee. On March 28, 1914, he married Blanche Sutton. He moved to the Veedersburg community 48 years ago and was a member of the EUB Church at Stone Bluff. He is survived by his wife; four daughters, Mrs. Katheryn Harrison and Mrs. Marjorie MacPherson of Anderson. Mrs. Martha Briggs of Lafayette and Mrs. Dorothy Sisk of Gary; two sons, James and Rex of Pendleton; a sister, Mrs. Martha Shields of Upland; 13 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services are at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Stone Bluff EUB Church with Rev. Conley Rowland officiating. Burial will be in Osborne Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call at the J. Parham Funeral Home in Veedersburg after noon Saturday.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p. m. Sunday, Nov. 26, at Stone Bluff EUB Church, for Willard Frazee, age 73, a resident of the Veedersburg community 48 years, who died Friday morning, Nov. 24, at the Methodist Hospital in Gary. The Rev. Connelly Rowland assisted by Rev. Samuel Pritchard officiated. Burial was in the Osborn Prairie Cemetery with the J. Fred Parham Funeral Home of Veedersburg in charge. Mr. Frazee and his wife were spending Thanksgiving with a daughter, Mrs. Robert Sisk, and family, when he was stricken with a heart attack early Wednesday and taken to the hospital. Mr. Frazer was born near Kokomo, May 31, 1888, the son of William and Martha Horn Frazee. He married Blanche Sutton, March 28, 1914, and she survives. Mr. Frazee was a member of the Stone Bluff EUB Church and a retired timber dealer. He suffered a stroke 20 years ago and had since been a semi-invalid. Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Mrs. Kathryn Harrison and Mrs. Marjorie MacPherson of Anderson, Mrs. Sue Briggs of Lafayette, and Mrs. Dorothy Sisk of Gary, whom he was visiting; two sons, James and Rex of Pendleton; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Mabel Shields of Upland.  --typed by Walt W
